We hope you are having a great week. We are writing today to share with you information on a new financial incentive we are offering to all substitutes.
Our substitutes play a critical role in the operation of our schools and we greatly appreciate all they do, especially in yet another challenging school year.

In addition to the base rate of pay, we are offering every substitute the following new financial incentive:
- $500 for every substitute who works 50 or more days per semester
- $250 for every substitute who works 25-49 days per semester
- $150 for every substitute who works 15-24 days per semester
Again, we ask that you consider becoming a substitute or encourage someone you know to apply to help keep our schools fully staffed, which helps our students receive the great education they deserve.
