Dear Families, Faculty, and Staff,
Our team has continued to carefully evaluate the road conditions and the conditions of our facilities following last night’s inclement weather.
Please note the following:

We are pleased to report that our schools will open on time on Tuesday, March 17.
- All of our schools have power.
- Due to the impact of last night’s winds and rain, there are downed trees and utility lines in some areas, specifically in the western portion of Hanover County.
This will likely delay transportation service this morning and may require some rerouting. We ask that you please be patient as our Transportation Department works to provide safe service to our students.
- While we will be opening on time, we encourage everyone to exercise caution and patience during this morning’s arrival at all of our schools.
- Again, we appreciate your patience, grace, and kindness as we all work together to help ensure a safe start to the school day.
Please note that today is a “B” day for our middle and high schools.
