We hope you are well. We are writing to share with you an important update regarding the bus tracking app used as part of our transportation service for students.
The bus tracking app that we have used has been updated and is now known as EZ Arrival. Please note the following:
- If you have downloaded the old app (EZRouting), information will continue to be updated through December. EZRouting is no longer available for download from the app store.
- The EZ Arrival App can be downloaded from
the Apple App Store and
the Google Play Store.
- If you already have an account, your username and password will work in the new EZ Arrival app.

As a reminder, please note the following with regard to bus tracking:
- The bus stop associated with your child for morning and afternoon bus service is the location you can draw the radius around.
- The app tracks the assigned bus that is associated with your student’s bus route.
- The app does not track when a substitute bus is used to service a route. When the regular bus returns to the route, the app will provide tracking information.
- The app does not track extracurricular activities buses, such as those used for athletics or field trips.

No bus tracking service is 100 percent accurate. Please do not assume that your child’s bus is not coming because you did not receive a notification. If you have a question or concern about the arrival of the bus, please contact our Transportation Department at 804-365-6520.
